Terms and conditions of sale
1. About us The website www.pitbullsport.it is operated by PTB SPORT SAS, Via Budrie 52, 40017 San Giovanni in Persiceto (BO), Italy, VAT no. IT02821041205, REA BO-470047. Contact: info@ptbsport.it, tel. +39 335 7164824.
2. Scope These terms govern sales made on the website. Consumer rights (withdrawal, legal guarantee) apply only to individuals buying for purposes outside their professional activity. Gyms, teams and shops buying with a VAT number are business customers and the agreed conditions apply to them.
3. Products and prices Prices are in euros and include VAT. Shipping costs are shown in the cart and at checkout before you confirm the order. Images represent the product faithfully, but colours and details may vary slightly from screen to screen. In case of an obvious pricing error we contact you before shipping and you can cancel the order with a full refund.
4. Order and conclusion of the contract The contract is concluded when you receive the order confirmation email, which summarises products, prices and shipping costs. Keep it: it is your copy of the contract. If a product turns out to be unavailable after the order, we notify you and refund you within 14 days.
5. Payments We accept credit, debit and prepaid cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and, where available, Klarna. Payments are handled by Shopify and the payment providers: we do not store your card details.
6. Shipping and delivery Costs and delivery times are shown on the Shipping page. We normally ship within 1-2 business days; delivery in Italy takes 24/48 business hours, to other EU countries a few extra business days. In any case delivery takes place within 30 days of the order. If the package arrives damaged, report it to the courier on delivery and write to us within 48 hours with a photo.
7. Right of withdrawal You may withdraw within 14 days of delivery without giving any reason. Conditions, exclusions and procedure are on the Right of withdrawal and returns page. You can withdraw online from the Withdraw from the contract page.
8. Legal guarantee of conformity Products are covered by the legal guarantee under the Italian Consumer Code for lack of conformity existing at delivery and becoming apparent within 24 months. The guarantee does not cover normal wear from training, damage from improper use, drops or lack of care, or deterioration caused by sweat and moisture if the product is not dried and aired. Defects must be reported within 2 months of discovery by writing to info@ptbsport.it with your order number and photos.
9. Reviews Reviews are collected through the Judge.me app, which emails customers after purchase. We publish both positive and negative reviews, removing only offensive content or content unrelated to the product.
10. Privacy Personal data is processed as described in the Privacy Policy.
11. Applicable law and disputes Italian law applies, without prejudice to any more favourable mandatory rules of the consumer's country of residence. For disputes with a consumer, the court of the consumer's place of residence has jurisdiction. Before taking any action, please write to us at info@ptbsport.it: we reply within 2 business days.
