Shipping policy

Shipping to EU countries
Up to 3 kg: €16.99 (for example a pair of gloves, a pair of shin guards, headgear or the Round One Kit). From 3 to 5 kg: €22.90. For orders over 5 kg please contact us before ordering at info@ptbsport.it.
The cost is calculated automatically at checkout based on the weight of the order. Free shipping does not apply outside Italy. Delivery times vary by destination country, usually a few business days after dispatch.
Shipments within the EU are not subject to customs duties.
Punching bags: shipping on request only, in Italy and abroad. Contact us at info@ptbsport.it before ordering.
We currently do not ship outside the European Union, including the United Kingdom and Switzerland.

Shipping in Italy
Standard shipping: €7.99. Free shipping on orders of €89 or more. Express shipping: €11.99.
Most deliveries arrive within 24/48 business hours (Monday to Friday) for orders placed by 12:00. Southern Italy and the islands may need one extra day.

Dispatch and tracking
We ship within 1-2 business days with Poste Italiane, SDA or TNT. When your order ships you receive a tracking code to follow your package. Carrier delays may occur.
