Right of withdrawal and returns

You have 14 days to change your mind If you purchased as a consumer, you may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of the day you receive the package, without giving any reason.

How to notify us of your withdrawal The quickest way is the Withdraw from the contract page: fill out the form and we will confirm receipt by email. Alternatively, you can write to info@ptbsport.it or use the form below. A clear statement is enough: to meet the deadline, you only need to send it before the 14 days have expired.

How to return the goods Ship the products to PTB SPORT SAS, Via Budrie 52, 40017 San Giovanni in Persiceto (BO), Italy, within 14 days of notifying us of your withdrawal. The cost of the return is at your expense. Use packaging that protects the product and keep the shipping receipt.

Refund We refund the price of the products and the standard shipping costs you paid, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice. If you chose Express shipping, the difference compared to standard shipping is not refunded. The refund is issued once we receive the goods or proof that you have shipped them, whichever comes first. On arrival we inspect the product: if it is used, dirty or damaged, we deduct the loss in value from the refund and send you photos. The refund is made with the same payment method used for the order, at no cost to you.

Condition of the returned product You may try the product as you would in a shop, to check size and fit. If the product has been used in training, soiled, scented or damaged, you are liable for the loss in value and we may withhold part of the refund. Send the product back complete with accessories and labels, in its original packaging if possible.

Excluded products For hygiene reasons, the right of withdrawal does not apply to mouthguards and groin guards if the sealed packaging has been opened.

Cancelling an order not yet shipped Write to info@ptbsport.it or call +39 335 7164824 with your order number. If the package has not left yet, we cancel the order and refund you in full.

Defective or wrong product If you receive a defective product or one different from what you ordered, write to us within 2 months of discovering it, with your order number and photos. In this case return and exchange shipping are at our expense.

Withdrawal form To be filled in and sent only if you wish to withdraw from the contract.
