How much is shipping?
To EU countries: €16.99 up to 3 kg (a pair of gloves, shin guards, headgear or the Round One Kit), €22.90 from 3 to 5 kg; for heavier orders contact us first. In Italy: €7.99, free over €89, Express €11.99. You see the exact cost at checkout before paying.
How long does it take to arrive?
We ship within 1-2 business days. In Italy most deliveries arrive in 24/48 business hours; to the rest of the EU allow a few extra business days. We ship with Poste Italiane, SDA and TNT: with the tracking code you always know where your package is.
Which boxing glove should I choose?
It depends on weight and use. 10 oz for heavy bags, Thai pads and technical training. 12-14 oz for full training and light sparring. 16 oz for sparring, especially if you weigh over 80 kg. If you have any doubts, write to us: we will advise you.
Can I return or exchange a product?
You have 14 days from delivery to withdraw. You can do so online via the Withdraw from the contract page or by writing to info@ptbsport.it. The product must be returned as you received it, tried on but not used in training. The cost of the return is at your expense. All conditions are on the Right of withdrawal and returns page.
How can I pay?
Credit, debit or prepaid card, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay. All payments take place over a secure connection.
Do you ship abroad?
Yes, to all European Union countries: €16.99 up to 3 kg, €22.90 from 3 to 5 kg; for heavier orders write to us first. Punching bags: shipping on request only. At the moment we do not ship outside the EU, including the United Kingdom and Switzerland.
Are the reviews real?
Yes. We collect them using the Judge.me app, which sends a request via email to those who have purchased on the site after delivery. We also publish negative ones; we only remove insults or content that does not discuss the product.
