2. Scope
These terms regulate sales made on the website. Consumer rights regulations (withdrawal, legal warranty) apply only to those purchasing as private individuals for purposes unrelated to their professional activity. Gyms, teams, and shops purchasing with a VAT number are professional clients, and the agreed-upon conditions apply to them.
3. Products and prices
Prices are in euros and include VAT. Shipping costs are indicated in the cart and at checkout before order confirmation. The images represent the product faithfully, but colors and details may vary slightly from one screen to another. In case of an obvious error in pricing, we will contact you before shipping, and you may cancel the order for a full refund.
4. Order and conclusion of the contract
The contract is concluded when you receive the order confirmation email, which contains the summary of products, prices, and shipping costs. Keep it: it is your copy of the contract. If a product turns out to be unavailable after the order, we will notify you and refund you within 14 days.
5. Payments
We accept credit, debit, and prepaid cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and, where active, Klarna. Payment is handled by Shopify and the payment providers: we do not store your card details.
6. Shipping and delivery
Costs and times are indicated on the Shipping page. Typically, we ship within 1-2 business days, and delivery in Italy takes 24/48 business hours. In any case, delivery takes place within 30 days of the order. If the package arrives damaged, report it to the courier upon delivery and write to us within 48 hours with a photo.
7. Right of withdrawal
You may withdraw within 14 days of delivery without providing reasons. Conditions, exclusions, and the procedure are on the Right of withdrawal and returns page. You can withdraw online from the Withdraw from the contract page.
8. Legal warranty of conformity
Products are covered by the legal warranty provided by the Consumer Code for lack of conformity present at the time of delivery and manifesting within 24 months. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear due to training, damage from improper use, drops, or lack of maintenance, nor deterioration caused by sweat and humidity if the product is not dried and aired out. Defects must be reported within 2 months of discovery by writing to info@ptbsport.it with your order number and photos.
9. Reviews
Reviews are collected via the Judge.me app and requested via email to customers after purchase. We publish both positive and negative ones, excluding only content that is offensive or irrelevant to the product.
10. Privacy
Personal data is processed as described in the Privacy Policy.
11. Applicable law and disputes
Italian law applies, without prejudice to more favorable provisions of the consumer's country of residence. For disputes with a consumer, the competent court is that of the place where the consumer resides. Before taking any action, we ask you to write to us at info@ptbsport.it: we will respond within 2 business days.
